1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, mobile applications, digital tools, and related services provided by Yangzhou Ximao Technology Co., Ltd, you agree to this Service Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services.
2. Service Coverage
Our services may include commercial product operations, mobile management applications, app publication support, supply chain management services, domestic trade agency, and goods/technology import-export support according to lawful business scope.
- Daily necessities sales.
- Office supplies sales.
- Wholesale and retail of labor protection supplies.
- Sales of building materials, decoration materials, hardware products, electromechanical equipment, machinery equipment and accessories.
- Sales of electronic products, communication equipment, computer software and hardware, and auxiliary equipment.
- Sales of plastic products, rubber products, metal products, and packaging materials.
- Sales of clothing, footwear, hats, home goods, kitchenware, and sanitary ware.
- Supply chain management services and domestic trade agency services.
- Import and export of goods and technologies, except for projects requiring statutory approval.
3. Mobile App Services and App Stores
- Applications may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other compliant channels.
- Users must comply with app store terms and platform rules in addition to this Agreement.
- Feature availability may vary by region, operating system, regulatory constraints, and partner integration readiness.
- We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue app functions to meet legal, operational, or security obligations.
4. Advertising, Monetization, and User Experience
Our applications may include launch ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads. Ad inventory may be delivered directly or through mediation and third-party ad partners.
- Representative ad and mediation partners may include Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Pangle, Chartboost, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), InMobi, Smaato, Ogury, Start.io, Yahoo DSP, Amazon Publisher Services, AdColony, and other lawful providers.
- Ad delivery may depend on region-based consent, age setting, and policy requirements.
- Rewarded ad grants are issued only after verified completion events; abuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity may lead to rewards cancellation or account restriction.
- We do not guarantee specific ad fill rates, CPM levels, reward values, or campaign continuity.
5. Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Users must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law.
- For child or teen users in regulated jurisdictions, parental or guardian consent may be required.
- Where law or app store requirements impose minimum age thresholds, those thresholds prevail.
6. User Obligations
- Provide truthful, current, and complete information where required.
- Do not use services for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise service infrastructure.
- Do not manipulate ad events, click behavior, reward systems, traffic sources, or attribution signals.
- Comply with import-export, sanctions, anti-bribery, competition, and consumer laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform materials, code, trademarks, designs, logos, and non-user content are owned by or licensed to Yangzhou Ximao Technology Co., Ltd unless otherwise specified.
- No rights are granted except limited, revocable rights necessary for lawful service use.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, scraping, redistribution, or derivative use is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
8. Regional Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Service operations are adapted to applicable rules by jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
- EEA GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss data protection requirements.
- US state privacy frameworks including CCPA/CPRA and other state laws where applicable.
- PIPEDA and relevant Canadian requirements.
- Consumer protection, e-commerce, advertising, and unfair practice regulations in regions where services are offered.
- Tax, customs, import/export, and trade compliance obligations for goods and technology transactions.
Where local mandatory law conflicts with this Agreement, mandatory law prevails for the relevant jurisdiction.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Agreement, which forms an integral part of this Service Agreement. By using the services, you acknowledge the associated data processing practices and user rights framework.
10. Third-Party Services
- Our services may link to or depend on third-party products, SDKs, ad networks, cloud systems, and app stores.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or independent terms, policies, outages, or security incidents outside our reasonable control.
- Users should review third-party legal terms before using linked or integrated services.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
- Services may be updated for quality, security, legal compliance, and business continuity.
- Temporary suspensions may occur due to maintenance, force majeure, partner dependency incidents, or legal directives.
- We may limit or terminate access in case of abuse, legal risk, security threats, or non-compliance.

- For incidents affecting legal compliance or app-store listing status, priority escalation procedures may be activated.
12. Disclaimers
- Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, or suitability for every specific business objective.
- No statement in this Agreement excludes non-waivable rights that must be preserved under mandatory consumer law.
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yangzhou Ximao Technology Co., Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
- Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted under applicable legal frameworks.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yangzhou Ximao Technology Co., Ltd from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, policy breaches, rights infringement, or misuse of services.
15. Termination
- You may discontinue using services at any time.
- We may terminate or suspend access for legal, contractual, security, fraud, or policy reasons.
- Sections concerning liability, rights, dispute handling, confidentiality, and compliance survive termination where legally valid.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Handling
This Agreement is interpreted in accordance with applicable law determined by service entity, contract context, and mandatory jurisdictional rules. Where lawful, disputes should first be escalated through good-faith negotiation via support@yzximao.com. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to competent courts or arbitration forums as permitted by applicable law and agreed contract terms.
17. Agreement Updates
We may revise this Agreement to reflect legal changes, service evolution, policy requirements, and operational updates. Updated versions are effective upon posting unless otherwise required by law.
17A. Commercial Communication and Notice Methods
- Notices may be delivered through website publication, in-product communication, or direct email when contractually required.
- Users are responsible for maintaining current contact information for receiving legally relevant notices.
- Where mandatory law requires specific notice timing, statutory timelines apply.

19. Entire Agreement and Severability
This Service Agreement, together with referenced policies, constitutes the complete framework for service use unless superseded by separately executed written contracts. If any provision is held invalid under applicable law, remaining provisions continue to apply to the maximum lawful extent.
